Wow. This is the coolest happenstance that I’ve happened across!
Every Whovian knows David Tennant, famous for the Tenth Doctor as well as a number of other sterling performances in british and american film and TV.
Now, remember the episode “The Doctor’s Daughter”, during series 4? Where he had a cloned daughter made from a machine?
This cute young thing is Georgia Moffett. She played Jenny, the cloned Time Lord from that episode.
Now, about her name. Moffett? Ring any bells (Not Moffat, mind you)? Probably not, unless you already know what I’m going with this. Her father was born Peter Moffett, but later changed it to Peter Davison.
That’s right. She literally is the daughter of the Fifth Doctor.
WAIT! It gets better!
As of 2011, she and David Tennant were married.
So she is literally the wife and daughter of the doctor.
Further proof that there are no coincidences in the Whoniverse.
